Re: AT-50....From Holland
allright, ordered 13/33 and some Castrol 2 stroke oil
BUT, i discovered some oil under my moped today, and oil on bottom of the engineblock (reallly black) i dont think its 10w30 because i just refreshed that (blue color) and it cant be black so fast?
so how come so much black oil on block?
(btw one of the cylinderbolts is loose and cant be tightened, so i might have some air escaping, could it be possible oil comes through cylinder)
and cylinderbolt i mean the big ones where cylinder and head slide over

Re: AT-50....From Holland
fix it as soon as possible... you can get long screws with m8 on one side and on the other side a "stick" which is just perfect for m7
make m8 in block and that is it
or you can get some bear-coil insert or something

Re: AT-50....From Holland
soooo, long time since update:
new carb (17.5 dellorto)
new manifold
new exhaust (Kreidler Cross Fuego)
http://i.imgur.com/teUYf.jpg
only this exhaust is to slow (not enough revs)
so im looking for a new exhaust for a bt50 setup, id like the same performance as the one from UFO here on the forums,
only that one wasnt built very durable, because it broke at the suspension !

Re: AT-50....From Holland
I dont think you need a new exhaust. First thing that you should do is cut this one to apropriate lenght. Just unbolt the header and then cut it and drive a bit. You should feel the diference.TomosHolland napisal/-a:soooo, long time since update:

Re: AT-50....From Holland
you mean remove silender and cut the expansion down? or the turn before the exhaustclamp?
and id rather have a solid fitting pipe instead of 2 parts connected with a clamp

Re: AT-50....From Holland
You should cut the header in front of chamber, where the clamp is.TomosHolland napisal/-a:you mean remove silender and cut the expansion down? or the turn before the exhaustclamp?
