al you have to do is cut two appropriate pieces of metal, drill 2 holes in each of them, and then adjust the exhaust "knee" (cutting and welding)- IF NECESARY, and ofcoure make a neu knee for carburator (cutting, drilling and welding).

But does the front gear allign with the rear gear?
And don't I have to cut somewhere in the frame (it seems not, but i want to be sure)

i think there is no need to adjust the frame becouse of the gears

That would be nice.

Now I have to try to find such an engine in the Netherlands.
That will probably be the hardest part

I found out that exhausts for Tomos A3 fit on a manuel engine, so I don't need to change anything at the exhaust

Still thinking about building an manual shifting engine.

But what are the pro's and cons of putting an A35 cilinder onto a manual shifting engine?

The only pro I can think of is less fuel use.

if you want to put a35 cilinder on manual shift engine, you have to make its "neck" a bit thinner.. thats cons
